People We have five people working for us. Jeff Farris (of course) he is the head meat cutter, the fill in butcher (used to be full time), the fill in sausage maker. Julie Farris (Jeff's wife) who is the main customer service person, and oversees the packaging and smokehouse department. Laura Farris (Jeff's daughter) does all the office work, answers the phone, and even put up this website! Dave Timlin is our main meat cutter (after Jeff) and the main sausage stuffer. Brandon Nash is our full time butcher. Jeff always wanted to own his own meat establishment,and after working for various other meat facilities for 19 years his dream finally came true.
