Last day of chicken butchering for the year: September 30th!! On the Farm Chicken Butchering We come to you!
ChickensTurkeys
25 birds or more: $2.50/bird
24 birds or less:$3.50/bird
Turkeys: $8/bird (10 bird minimum)
Cut up bird: $1/bird
Smoking: $1/lb
We offer custom "On The Farm" butchering. That means we come to you on your farm and butcher the animal there. Our prices for butchering is as follows...
Butchering:
Beef: $50 per animal
Hog: $33 per animal
Buffalo: $85 per animal
Sheep/Lamb: $28 per animal
Processing fee is $0.48 per pound and that is based on the hanging (skinned & gutted) weight.
If you want only one steak per package the processing fee is $0.50 per pound. (due to extra packaging costs)
There is a Trucking fee of $20 per animal.
If you live 30 miles or more away from our location (one way) there is a $10 mileage fee and a $15 charge if over 40 miles (one way).
Smoking fee is $1 per pound (cure included).
To have patties or links or stew meat or cube steak made the fee is $1 per pound.
We offer sausage for your beef or pork at the venison prices.
